Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Domestic Policy

After an order is delivered, a customer can ask for a refund or exchange within the first 3 days.

Refunds will only be done for products and not for shipping charges. The request for refund /exchange will be approved only after we have verified the claim made by you and performed the final inspections upon receiving the product back.

Products will only be returned/exchanged in the following cases:

  1. The product you have received is not the product you ordered.
  2. If there is a defect in the product; in that case an exchange will be provided to the customer
  3. Exchange is subject to the availability of the selected product.
  4. The product has no sign of being worn or used.
  5. The request for refund/exchange was raised within 72 hours from the time of delivery.
  6. The products bought under sale are not eligible for return/exchange

 

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. A store credit will be issued for any refunds if applicable.

Please note, that our products are made with handloom and we only use natural or azo-free dyes. Since these are handcrafted so there tend to have small irregularities in each piece. The product will not be returned/exchanged if they fall in the category of irregularities.

No Refund/exchange for customized orders. 

Also, you need to send us the images of the defects as soon as you open the packaging. The approval for return/exchange will be given only after the final inspection of the product once we have received it back. Gotitli reserves the right to accept/reject an exchange after inspecting the products returned to us.

International Orders:

  1. We unfortunately do not have return or exchange policy for our international customers. You can get in touch with us at support@gotitli.com for any queries. If you do wish to return the product, you can ship it back to us at your own expense, we can provide you a refund for the product to your original mode of payment or as a store credit within 7 days of receipt of product. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag is intact
  2. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped and we will refund the entire amount. Once your order is shipped we cannot cancel the order and no refund would be provided 
  3. Incase you do receive a defective product contact us immediately by emailing us at support@gotitli.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after investigation within 7 days of acceptance of return request, no replacement would be sent.
