Team, I have neither received the product nor have I received any response to my emails, WhatsApp MSG or phone calls. There's no way to know if your website is operational and business is active. Only thing that seems to be working is payment gateway and automated review message, no other channel seems to be working, no product is delivered and no direct way of claiming refund seems to be operational. Clarify if this's not so.
We have not received the order and not sure how we can contact you either!

I recently ordered this saree from Gotitli, and it did not have the authentic Silk Mark identification - no unique serial number, QR code or Silk Mark hologram. Just a label that was a lookalike of SilkMark, mentioning Silk Mark. I think this was a way to dupe the customer. I am not sure if the product is actual silk or not, but if you are not providing an authentic Silk Mark tag then do not publish the same on the product page or send a label with it. This was really disappointing. I will not be ordering any silk sarees from here anymore (I already bought 2 and was planning to purchase few more):-(
The material is too thin and transparent. The color is more like purple and not blue

The saree is different in look than the image. In the pic it looks very elegant and stuff looks different, in actual the Saree has golden glittery look through out... Which doesn't show on the pic . Also the blouse piece is entirely different, which is misleading.

The saree looks beautiful and the color combination is lovely. But felt that the fabric had more metallic (zari) content than linen, which made it a bit stiff and less breathable than expected. A higher linen proportion might be more comfortable
